ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Emma Louise Layla, a style and travel blogger in London - nice to meet you!  I started emmalouiselayla.com back in 2008 when working on women's glossy magazines; now I work as a Marketing Director for a beauty brand by day and by night I blog about fashion, travel, beauty, restaurants, interiors, culture, and anything else I'm currently loving.

My favourite colour is blue, I own far too many dresses, am usually wearing sequins and stacks of silver jewellery, have an expensive penchant for fresh flowers, scented candles and Champagne (life's too short for bad wine, right?), love discovering new places/ brands/ designers, going to the ballet, cycling, travelling, being outdoors, taking photos and posing in front of colourful walls.  Just like this.

Drop by for outfit posts, new makeup and fragrances, or to find out what's on or where's good to eat in London, travel diaries and hotel recommendations - welcome to my little corner of the internet, I hope you stick around!

You can find me on Twitter, InstagramFacebook, Pinterest and Google+ too. If you want to get in touch or are interested in working together (please note I don't accept sponsored content), I'd love to hear from you - please email me at emmalouiselayla(at)gmail.com.

Love, ELL x

Hello, my name is Erin Adams and I'm the social media manager for the Intern Washington DC. I came across your blog on Instagram. I will certainly be recommending it. We'd love to work with you someday if possible, and currently we're working on expanding our study abroad, travel oriented content.

I saw on your blog that you went to Berlin. Germany is popular for studying abroad, and I was wondering if you had any must see, must do things in Berlin. Especially budget friendly ones.

Would you also have any recommendations for London? London is also popular for studying abroad, and traveling.
