DHC BEAUTY

After blogging about DHC skincare earlier this year, I was sent some of the Japanese brand's beauty products to try out as well and they're just as good as the oil, toner and moisturiser which have become part of my daily cleansing routine.

Like the skincareDHC does great make up and I've been trying out their range of foundations, base powders and blushers.  For when more coverage is called for, I'm using the Q10 Moisture Care Liquid Foundation which is filled with antioxidants and leaves skin feeling nice and dewy.  Shade No. 2 was the perfect colour for my skintone a couple of months ago and now, sadly, as the summer's warmth and colour disappears, No. 1 suits my paler skin.  I follow up with a light dust of the Q10 Face Powder, which sets the base without feeling cakey or powdery.

The Face Colour Palettes give a nice flush of colour over the cheeks - I use the honeysuckle pink shade when I want a classic girly blush, the light apricot colour when I want more of a natural glow and the pale creamy highlighter on the tops of my cheekbones.  I prefer mineral powders normally, but these products are great for winter skin.
