Today I'm wearing these bright tomato red suede ankle boots I picked up in the Zara sale last week. When I wear ankle boots with skirts I like them nice and low sitting on your ankle bone, as some designs are too high and appear to shorten the leg, so this height is perfect for me.
I spotted them earlier in the season and decided to see if they went in the sale. I went into the Zara on Oxford Street and they had one pair left, in my size. Fate. I left happy with my purchase, but it's always a bit gutting to see items you bought full price are now dramatically reduced - my Zara cowboy boots are now 60% off, dammit...
