Earlier this summer I attended Dune London's AW14 press day in a beautiful Fitzroy Square Georgian townhouse, decorated with fresh flowers, scented candles, clinking glasses of fizz and great food. And about a hundred pairs of shoes...
The collection spanned masculine to feminine, with classic mannish brogues, dark leather ankle boots, tassel loafers and textured skate shoes to super-girly fluffy boudoir mules, glitzy glitter heels and metallic pointy courts.
Pretty much every texture is used this season too, from patent black leather, leopard print ponyskin, soft suede, holographic material, python print and snakeskin textures along with a dreamy iridescent mermaid green and solid glitter perfect for the party season.
