Melvita Apicosma Skincare Launch

I recently went to a launch event hosted by Melvita to learn about its new innovative, honey-based Apicosma skincare range, try the latest products and have a relaxing hand massage.

At the cutting edge of organic beauty products, Melvita is currently patent-pending for its unique blend of three honeys (Thyme, Acacia and Orange Blossom) which has been proven to create a triple action moisturising quality never before used in beauty products.

DR. Elizabeth Devilard PHD in cellular and molecular biology has used her expertise in dermatology to run tests proving the efficacy of the Melvita 3 Honey Blend, by using a transcriptome DNA skin test showing the synergistic qualities of this unique blend.

Ultra Nourishing Body Balm, Skin Softening Nourishing Body Milk, Extra Rich Hand Cream, Repairing Lip Balm

Science aside, I’m back in London after a break in France and Italy, and the only moisturiser I took with me was the Apicosma Ultra Nourishing Body Balm and I can testify to its claims to moisturise delicate skin and replenish lost nutrients in dry skin. Boy, am I soft.

It has given my skin a really sheeny, supple quality and my skin feels nourished and protected. And of course, being made from three honeys, it smells delicious too. Stock up for winter skin!

Available in November 2011 in the Melvita, Wholefoods and selected John Lewis stores
