Erin Wasson

Model-turned-muse-turned-stylist-turned-designer Erin Wasson will be debuting her own fashion line at New York Fashion Week this September. Collaborating with skate and surf brand RVCA, this is only her third season and she's already showing at NYFW. Fast work!

I liked the grungy wraparound chains from her jewellery range Lowluv (such a sucky name) although she's been plagued by scandalous rumours of plagiarism since it launched last year and she's gonna be dogged by similar accusations, it seems.

I love her cool, laid-back outfits - her collection will no doubt focus on effortless dressing: loose t-shirts, casual cut-offs and rock'n'roll Alexander Wang-inspired styling. Apparently Wang's dropped her as "muse", but they remain good friends - she's been quoted as saying that they both have the same vision of what a woman looks good in (read: I'm aware and accept I'm ripping him off). Ex-model with a side project as a jewellery and clothes thief. Badass.

i love erin wasson. she epitomizes rock chic: surfy, rocky, edgy, and not to mention bea-ut-iful!

Yeah she's gorgeous. I never normally like the surfy look - it's too lazy - but she pulls it off!
